Overview

At GlowReads.com, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
– Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
– Intimate or sanitary items.
– Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
– Gift cards.
– Downloadable software products.
– Some health and personal care items.

Return Process

For a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:
– Books with signs of use.
– Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
– Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
– First, check your bank account again.
– Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
– If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@glowreads.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at help@glowreads.com and send your item to NFT Publishing Ltd, 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will refund the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to NFT Publishing Ltd, 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU.

You are responsible for your shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
